Job summary

Qode is seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer in Dubai to manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role spans Windows Server, Microsoft 365, identity management, virtualization, storage, backup, and multi-cloud platforms including Azure and OCI.

You will drive modernization, migration, automation and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead infrastructure administration, AD/Entra ID management, M365 administration, OCI/Azure operations, virtualization,

Qualifications

Must have strong experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and identity management.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
Administer Windows Server environments and related services.
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and system health.
Manage operating system upgrades, security patching, and lifecycle activities.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, compliance, and operational standards.
Provide advanced L2 and L3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Coordinate with application, cybersecurity, database, and network teams to maintain service availability.
