Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects in the UAE.

You will steer multidisciplinary teams to meet contractual, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements while aligning with client expectations and Abu Dhabi authority rules. The role requires extensive experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects, with strong leadership, risk management, and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or MBA is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure project activities from inception through completion.
• Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure project objectives concerning scope, quality, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Manage resources and construction activities to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Align delivery with Abu Dhabi authority requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate design, construction, and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Review variations, claims, and changes; manage cost and contractual risks.
• Develop and monitor project schedules; track milestones and deliverables.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and manage risks; maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
