Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of major transportation infrastructure projects in the GCC. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.

A strong background in large-scale infrastructure, FIDIC contracts, and GCC experience is highly valued. The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and clear reporting to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's in PM/Engineering Management or MBA is highly desirable.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Chartered/Professional Engineer registration advantageous.
• 20+ years in major infrastructure and transportation projects.
• 10+ years in project management roles for transportation delivery.
• Experience delivering USD 100M+ projects.
• Saudi Arabia and GCC experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Develop execution plans, delivery strategies, and roadmaps.
• Ensure scope, quality, schedule, budget, and safety targets.
• Manage resources and construction activities to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design, construction, contractors, and authorities.
• Review deliverables for constructability and objective alignment.
• Manage variations, claims, and change requests.
• Lead meetings and workshops across disciplines.
• Oversee risk, quality, HSE, and programme reporting.
• Ensure integration of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
