Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transportation infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and HSE standards, and maintain alignment with client expectations.

You will coordinate design and construction activities, manage contracts (FIDIC), and drive risk and change management through proactive leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering management or MBA is highly desirable.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred; Chartered Engineer/PE is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure project activities from inception through completion.
• Coordinate design, construction, and contract management to meet objectives and budgets.
• Monitor project risks, quality, safety and schedule adherence; implement corrective actions.
• Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead stakeholder and client meetings; report status and opportunities to senior management.
• Oversee risk, change management, and commercial aspects to protect project interests.
• Ensure governance, QA/QC, HSE compliance, and smooth handover to operations.
