Job summary

SAP seeks an experienced Industry AI leader to drive customer innovation and surface high-value AI opportunities across relevant industries in Dubai. You will run discovery workshops, translate challenges into actionable AI solutions, and own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes rapid value delivery through an iterative model, building a scalable Industry AI portfolio and reusable assets for SAP globally.

Qualifications

• 6 years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products or Professional Industries with knowledge of where processes break and where transformation creates value.
• Hands-on AI use case expertise focusing on data readiness, process fit and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record in product definition and delivery or leading business transformation initiatives at senior stakeholder level.
• Ability to lead executive workshops and co-innovation engagements with stakeholder trust.
• Strategic thinking and complex problem solving to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Business acumen with quantified KPIs, ROI timelines and value realization understanding.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio; clean-core cloud-first architecture concepts.

• Lead customer innovation engagements.
• Run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps to surface Industry AI opportunities.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases.
• Translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions and refine requirements and KPIs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of use cases from discovery to deployment with engineering collaboration.
• Deliver value rapidly by iterative model delivering production-ready customer value in weeks.
• Build the Industry AI portfolio and reusable AI assets for SAP globally.
