Job summary

SAP UAE is seeking a Staff IC to design and deliver AI-driven solutions for strategic customers. You will connect industry processes with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Business AI while shaping roadmaps with real customer insights.

You will translate complex challenges into implementable AI use cases, drive agile delivery from proof of concept to production, and collaborate across product and engineering teams to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience mapping industry processes to SAP systems.
• Hands-on software engineering background (Python/Java/TypeScript).
• Excellent communication with customers and partners.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end AI solutions connecting industry processes with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and SAP Business AI.
• Translate industry challenges into clear, actionable AI use cases with measurable impact.
• Lead agile delivery from discovery to production, turning ideas into outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers and SAP Product/Engineering teams to drive adoption.
• Create reusable accelerators and reference architectures.
