Job summary

SAP UAE is seeking a Staff IC to design and deliver AI-driven solutions for strategic customers. You will connect industry processes with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Business AI while shaping roadmaps with real customer insights.

You will translate complex challenges into implementable AI use cases, drive agile delivery from proof of concept to production, and collaborate across product and engineering teams to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience mapping industry processes to SAP systems.
• Hands-on software engineering background (Python/Java/TypeScript).
• Excellent communication with customers and partners.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

You will design and deliverindustryspecific AIdriven solutionsthat solve highvalue business challenges for SAPs most strategic customers. Your work will directly influence how AI is adopted scaled and ultimately productized within SAPs standard AI portfolio.

In this role you will:

• Shapeendtoend AI solutionsthat connect real industry processes with SAP S/4HANA SAP BTP and SAP Business AI capabilities.
• Help customers translate complex industry challenges intoclear actionable AI use casesthat deliver measurable business impact.
• Drive digital transformation by ensuring solutions are technically feasible scalable and aligned with longterm business value.
• Work closely with customers in discovery sessions to identify priorities design solutions and guide adoption in live business processes.
• Lead agile delivery cyclesfrom proof of concept to pilot and productionturning innovation into outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between customers and SAPs global Product and Engineering teams shaping roadmaps through real customer insights.
• Create reusable accelerators reference architectures and best practices that extend impact beyond a single engagement.

• Solid grounding indata and AI/ML concepts including data modeling APIs and common AI patterns such as forecasting classification and intelligent assistants.
• Strongendtoend understanding of industry processeswithin one or more industries such as Oil & Gas Public Sector Manufacturing Utilities Retail or related domains.
• Knowledge of industry markets their evolution and the relevantSAP industry portfolio.
• Confidence in customerfacing and partnerfacing interactions including discovery workshops demos and explaining technical tradeoffs in business terms.
• A strong software engineering foundation (e.g. Python Java TypeScript) with handson experience inSAP BTP integrations and at least one major SAP domain.
• Experience designing and prototyping solutions using modern tools and rapiditeration approaches.
• Comfort operating in aforwarddeployed highownership role navigating ambiguity and driving work to completion.
• Cultural awareness and experience collaborating across geographies and nationalities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages especially Arabic are a plus.
