Job summary

SAP is seeking an Industry AI leader to drive transformative use cases across manufacturing and other industries. You will lead discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders, translate challenges into deployable AI solutions, and own end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to validation of outcomes.

You will build an AI portfolio with measurable business value, collaborate with engineering, and influence senior stakeholders to adopt scalable AI assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with operational knowledge of where processes break
• Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions with data readiness and measurable outcomes
• Proven track record in translating complex challenges into structured programs for senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead executive workshops and co-innovation engagements with emotional intelligence
• Translate AI opportunities into quantified business cases with clear KPIs and ROI timelines
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP platforms and cloud-first architecture principles

Responsibilities

• Lead customer innovation engagements: run discovery workshops to surface AI opportunities
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases and KPIs
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment
• Drive value via rapid, iterative production of AI solutions
• Build industry AI assets and accelerators for SAP globally
