Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes according to menu.
• Ensure all food is prepared on time and meets quality standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques and recipes.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
