Job summary

BrandConnect Media in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine team. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, inventory control and staff training in a dynamic, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Indian cuisine experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent English communication. Visa eligibility and prior hotel/restaurant experience are assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
• Experience as Executive Chef in Indian cuisine restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in El-Ain; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop dishes for the Indian cuisine menu.
• Ensure high quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize ingredients use.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency.
