Job summary

James Patrick partners with a Dubai-based experiential agency to recruit a Senior Immersive Technologist. You will lead technology delivery for high-profile immersive installations, collaborating with digital artists, engineers and suppliers from concept through live delivery.

You will design multi-system solutions, manage equipment, oversee testing and troubleshooting in live events, and leverage a strong network of UAE technical suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in experiential, immersive or interactive technology.
Hands-on technical knowledge of projection mapping, LED, TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine, Unity, sensors, computer vision, spatial audio, media servers and show control.
Proven experience designing technical solutions and managing multi-supplier projects.
Strong experience translating creative concepts into technically achievable experiences.
Experience leading technical installations, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting in live events.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of immersive projects from concept to live delivery.
Collaborate with digital artists, creative teams and suppliers to realise installations.
Design and integrate multi-system technical solutions across complex setups.
Oversee commissioning, testing and troubleshooting in live environments.
Develop and maintain relationships with UAE-based AV and technical suppliers.
