Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a driven Associate Producer (UAE Nationals) to support the Studio across high-profile production shoots, immersive tech demos, and large-scale events. This hands-on, high-visibility role spans creative, technical, and operational work, ensuring smooth delivery and storytelling for diverse audiences.

You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, VIP guests and partners, coordinate schedules and logistics, manage documentation and procurement, and test emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Experience in game, film, creative or tech production is desirable.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent professional communication with VIPs and stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive and able to take ownership without micromanagement.
• Passion for emerging technologies and creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of complex, high-profile projects across multiple areas.
• Assist in managing schedules, logistics, stakeholder communications, and on-the-ground coordination.
• Represent the production team with confidence when working with VIPs, clients and partners.
• Track project progress from planning through post-delivery, flag risks and ensure follow-through.
• Contribute to testing and integration of new technologies into creative experiences.
• Maintain documentation, support procurement and keep team workflows organized.
