Job summary

Smartronx Technology in the UAE seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for ICT & ELV projects, with a proven multi‑million USD annual sales track record and at least 5 years of in‑country ELV experience.

You will craft sales strategies, lead a sales team to hit targets, build lasting client and supplier relationships, and collaborate with senior management to drive growth across facilities management, government, and enterprise sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: multi-million USD annual sales across ELV projects in UAE and Jordan over the last three years.
• In country Expertise: at least 5 years of ELV project sales experience in UAE.
• Vendor Relationship: strong rapport with top-tier product suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for ICT & ELV projects.
• Inspire and guide a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify potential customers and formulate strategies to attain sales objectives.
• Support Pre-sales and foster collaboration across departments.
• Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships.
• Provide regular updates to Senior Management.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
