S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY seeks an HSE Engineer to develop and implement safety protocols for pipeline, EPC and oil & gas projects. You will conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and deliver HSE training to site teams, ensuring compliance with HSE standards across stages.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in HSE within construction/fabrication/installation, 5+ years as an approved HSE lead, Gulf experience preferred, especially ADNOC exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Regular) or bachelor’s degree in relevant Science from an institution authorized to grant degrees.
• NEBOSH IGC before 2021 and any other HSE certifications preferred.
• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Incident Investigation techniques should be demonstrated.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement robust safety protocols and procedures tailored to project-specific risks, ensuring compliance with national and international HSE standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement control measures to prevent incidents.
• Investigate all incidents, near misses, and accidents with root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance safety performance.
• Deliver engaging HSE training programs to site personnel and foster a strong safety culture.
