S K Overseas HR Consultancy in United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced HSE Lead for construction, fabrication, installation and commissioning projects in oil & gas. You will drive risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations to prevent incidents.
The role requires 10–12 years in HSE, 5 years as lead/engineer, engineering diploma or relevant science degree, and certifications including NEBOSH IGC and ISO lead audits.
Formación
- 10–12 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
- Minimum 5 years as approved HSE lead/engineer in oil & gas projects.
- Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor's in a relevant Science from an authorized institution.
- NEBOSH IGC completed before 2021.
- Any other HSE certifications held.
- Lead auditor: ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 (or equivalent).
- Incident investigation techniques.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification and incident investigations to identify safety risks and implement mitigations.
- Perform regular HSE inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
