Job summary

FashionUnited in Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive - HR Tech and Digitization to optimize HR systems and employee data management. You will drive data accuracy, lifecycle processes, and governance while partnering with HR, IT and business stakeholders to enhance reporting and analytics across the organization.

The role emphasizes system enhancements, testing, and process improvements to support data-driven decision-making and a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business admin or related field.
4–6 years of HR technology, HR operations or HRMS administration experience.
Strong HR processes, lifecycle management and data governance knowledge.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, workflows, and reporting tools.
Excel and data management skills with strong analytical capability.
Experience supporting HR system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for HR technology platforms and ensure data integrity.
Manage employee data, organizational structures, workflows and security roles in the HRMS.
Oversee system updates, testing, and issue resolution to maintain HR operations.
Develop HR dashboards and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and vendors on enhancements and integrations.
