Qualifications

• 4–7 years of proven business development experience in payroll, HR services or related professional services.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and managing the full sales cycle.
• UAE market experience and established professional network advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for payroll, HR consulting, EOR and related HR services.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, finance leaders and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and propose HR/payroll solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and drive opportunities to closure.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve BD targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and explore cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay updated on UAE HR services market trends and competitors.
