Job summary

New Royal Medical and Dental Center seeks a Senior HR officer to bridge management and staff across HR operations, licensing, visa processing, and employee relations. The role reports to the Center Manager and SMT, driving a compliant, high-quality workforce aligned with the center’s vision.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and regular HR projects while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance and confidentiality across medical and non-medical staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related.
• 2–4 years HR experience in hospital or medical center.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOH/MOHRE regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and administrative roles.
• Coordinate with SMT and Business Office on manpower planning and budgeting.
• Advise managers on UAE labour law matters relevant to hiring and end-of-service settlements.
• Oversee onboarding, licensing, Dataflow verification, and visa processes.
• Maintain personnel records in compliance with data protection standards.
• Support payroll data, health insurance coordination, and policy updates.
