Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA, a global leader in power and energy solutions, seeks a standalone senior HR leader to manage all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories.

You will develop and implement HR strategy, oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding, ensure compliance, and uphold company values. UAE residency and fluency in Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior roles in GCC
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
• Knowledge of local UAE HR regulations and market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business direction across MENA and GCC regions.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Coordinate employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Promote and reinforce Delta's core values.
