Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a standalone senior HR leader to oversee all HR matters across the Middle East and GCC, serving as the primary HR contact for the business.

Develop and implement HR strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and offboarding, and ensure payroll coordination and policy compliance.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with 15+ years of progressive HR experience in the GCC; UAE residency preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, offboarding and local regulation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism with handling confidential matters.

This is a standalone senior HR role responsible for managing and overseeing all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories, serving as the primary HR point of contact for the business.

Develop and implement HR strategy and plan aligned with the company’s business direction. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding. Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including proven experience in a senior HR role within the GCC region. Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and local regulation. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately. Proficient in Microsoft Office Candidates currently based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization, and strong knowledge of the local HR market, are preferred. Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
