Job summary

Delta Electronics is seeking a standalone senior HR leader to oversee all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories, serving as the primary HR contact for the business.

The role requires 15+ years of progressive HR experience, GCC regional expertise, and fluency in Arabic and English; UAE residency is preferred. You will drive HR strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Senior HR experience within the GCC region.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.
• Based in UAE with valid residency and work authorization preferred.
• Knowledge of local HR regulations and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the company’s business direction.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.
