Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR in the GCC region.
• Full employee lifecycle expertise: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, offboarding.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and professionalism with handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business direction.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.
