Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a standalone senior HR leader to oversee all HR matters across the Middle East and GCC, serving as the primary HR contact for the business.

Develop and implement HR strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and offboarding, and ensure payroll coordination and policy compliance.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with 15+ years of progressive HR experience in the GCC; UAE residency preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, offboarding and local regulation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism with handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business direction.
• Manage complete employee lifecycle across the Middle East and GCC, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies and reinforce core values.
