Job summary

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, part of the Jumeirah group, seeks a Senior Supervisor (UAEN) for Housekeeping. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, supervise a team, and ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation across shifts.

The role emphasizes UAE national status, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotel/service residences.
• Emirati/UAE National with passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Housekeeping operations across shifts, ensuring rooms and public areas meet standards.
• Supervise, guide and allocate daily assignments to the Housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other departments to handle requests.
• Monitor room status, VIP requirements and long-stay residents for smooth operations.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities and equipment are controlled and available.
