Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Senior Supervisor - Housekeeping to oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas and guide Supervisors and Team Leaders to maintain Jumeirah standards.

You will conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, manage inventory, and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and F&B to ensure timely room readiness while addressing maintenance issues.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and F&B for timely room readiness.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas.
• Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage inventory and control usage of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Handle escalated guest complaints professionally and implement corrective actions.
• Support scheduling, training and performance appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hotel policies.
