Job summary

Jumeirah Living Marina Gate in Dubai is seeking a Senior Supervisor (UAEN) in Housekeeping to lead daily operations, oversee guest rooms and public areas, and ensure service standards across the property.

The ideal candidate is an Emirati national with 2–4 years of luxury hotel housekeeping experience, strong supervisory skills, and a diploma in Hospitality Management; the role offers attractive benefits and a tax-free AED salary.

Qualifications

• Emirati/UAE National status is preferred.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant Housekeeping experience in luxury hotels or serviced residences, with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Housekeeping operations during assigned shifts, ensuring guest rooms, residences and public areas meet cleanliness, presentation and service standards.
• Supervise, guide and support Housekeeping team, assign daily tasks and monitor quality of work.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor room status, VIP requirements and special requests to support smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Ensure supplies, linen, amenities and equipment are controlled and available to support operations.
