Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Senior Supervisor - Housekeeping to lead daily operations, ensure cleanliness standards, and supervise Supervisors and Team Leaders. The role includes inspections, inventory control, and cross-department coordination to uphold premium service.

• Minimum high school education.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent.
• 3–5 years total experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas.
• Supervise and guide Housekeeping Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Manage inventory and control usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B for timely room readiness and issue resolution.
• Handle escalated guest complaints professionally and implement corrective actions.
• Support scheduling, training programs, and performance appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards including HACCP and hotel policies.
