Jumeirah Living Marina Gate is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence across the property. You will supervise attendants, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor cleaning standards to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Exposure to handling a Property Management System.
• Proficient with MS Office and front office applications.
• Fluent English or local language preferred; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping attendants to ensure high service standards.
• Interacts with suppliers/contractors for quality and timely deliveries.
• Maintains records of deep cleaning activities and resolves out-of-order rooms.
• Performs regular inspections of corridors, public areas, and rooms.
• Manages guest complaints per SOPs and reports to leadership.
