Job summary

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking an onsite Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry where applicable, ensuring guestrooms and public spaces are clean and well maintained and operating within budget.

You will supervise and train staff, coordinate inspections, and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high‑quality service aligned with Marriott's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 2 years of housekeeping experience.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related field; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspects guestrooms daily to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Assigns and tracks rooms to be cleaned based on business needs.
• Manages stock inventories to verify adequate supplies.
• Supervises shift operations and enforces housekeeping policies and standards.
