Job summary

St. Regis in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced supervisor to inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry, and assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.

You will also ensure safety compliance, maintain professional appearance, and deliver exceptional guest service while managing daily activities and communicating issues to the next shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping, engineering, front office and laundry as needed.
