Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Ajman seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry where applicable, ensuring guestrooms and public spaces are clean and well maintained.

You will lead and train a team, inspect environments, manage inventory and budgets, and uphold brand standards to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years in housekeeping or related area.
• Or a 2-year hospitality/related degree with no work experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping shift operations and budgets.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness and standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for timely room status updates.
• Manage inventory and supplies; ensure proper uniforms and equipment.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing development and feedback.
• Communicate goals and performance expectations in a clear, consistent manner.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and address service issues promptly.
• Assist in departmental meetings to align on goals and budget targets.
