Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel, seeks a front-of-house host/hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and handle reservations with excellent service standards. You will maintain the hostess stand, coordinate with the dining team, and ensure menus and materials are prepared for guest service.

Fluency in Russian is required, and a diploma in vocational hospitality plus up to 1 year of hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, fresher or 1 year of experience in 4-5 star hotel.
• Fluency in Russian Language.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance and seat them according to floor plan and fairness to each waiter.
• Take reservations and confirm restaurant bookings; communicate changes to management during shifts.
• Maintain hostess stand clean and organized and ensure menus and folders are ready.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times and uphold hotel policies.
