Job summary

RIXOS Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Hospitality Host/Restaurant Service team member. You will greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and ensure smooth dining room operations.

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality is preferred; fresher or 1 year in a 4-5 star hotel. Fluency in Russian is required. This role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality. Fresher or 1 year of experience in 4-5 star hotel.
• Fluency in Russian language is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone within 3 rings using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance and seat them according to floor plan.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and changes; communicate updates to management.
• Maintain hostess stand, ensure tables and menus are properly set, clean and organized.
• Assist in cashiering procedures and support service staff to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Promote F&B outlets during downtime and participate in training and meetings.
