Role Description

The Senior Mortgage Broker is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for managing the complete mortgage lifecycle for individual and corporate clients. This role involves assessing client financial profiles, recommending suitable mortgage products, and coordinating with banks, developers, and other stakeholders to secure approvals. The Senior Mortgage Broker will conduct consultations, prepare and review documentation, negotiate terms to achieve favorable outcomes, and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a strong referral network, monitoring market trends, and mentoring junior brokers to support overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in mortgage brokerage and Mortgage Brokers practices, with a proven track record in client advisory and deal structuring.
• Solid knowledge of Finance principles and UAE mortgage regulations, including experience with loan eligibility assessment and risk evaluation.
• Experience with Debt Consolidation solutions and related mortgage products, with the ability to tailor strategies to diverse client needs.
• Ability to plan and execute Mortgage Marketing and Brokerage initiatives, including relationship building with banks, agents, and referral partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong client relationship management and consultative selling capabilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and process management.
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate or banking sector, and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
