Job summary

Gateway, an established wealth advisory firm, seeks a Wealth Relationship Manager to join its Business Development team. The role focuses on growing revenues, AUM, and an expanding client base among HNWI, family offices, and endowments across the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

You will nurture high-value client relationships, collaborate with marketing to promote investment solutions, and lead initiatives to enhance the firm's wealth management proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM and wealth management platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a foundation in PR/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, AUM, and client base growth in targeted wealth segment.
• Cultivate relationships with investment managers to boost growth and sustainability.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to shape sales strategy and wealth proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing to raise awareness of investment solutions.
• Lead training for the wealth team on industry trends and needs.
• Generate new leads through effective internal and external networking.
• Represent the firm at industry events to pursue new business opportunities.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and business development activities as required.
