Job summary

Freedom Broker Global Markets, a UAE FSRA-licensed company, seeks a senior Wealth Management professional to acquire and manage HNWI clients and drive assets under management. You will cross-sell the full brokerage product suite, expand client portfolios, and report KPI performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven sales experience within a regulated brokerage, private bank, or wealth management firm across international Capital Markets.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
• In-depth knowledge of ADGM or equivalent financial regulatory framework (e.g., DFSA, FCA, SEC). Prior experience with an ADGM 3A license holder is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) are preferred.
• Existing book of contacts within the HNWI community in the GCC region is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire Qualified Investor Clients (per ADGM FSRA rules), targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
• Act as the primary relationship manager for an HNWI client portfolio: understand goals, deliver tailored guidance, and expand assets under management.
• Fuel revenue growth by cross-selling the firm's full brokerage product suite, hitting targets for new accounts, client AUM, and trading volume.
• Track sales pipeline, client activity, and KPIs in the CRM system with precise, timely reporting; share market insights with senior leadership.
