The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction/project management, a strong background in tall buildings, and a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects with excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Deliver complex high-rise projects up to 110 floors from planning through to completion.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and clear stakeholder communication.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience coordinating across design, procurement, and construction phases.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement, and construction activities for high-rise towers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee budget, schedule, risk, and quality controls for complex developments.
