• 7–10+ years in Hedge Fund Accounting, including team leadership and NAV review.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA or ACA preferred.
• Strong technical fund accounting, controls, client & auditor management, people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Fund Accounting team to ensure hedge funds' books are accurate.
• Develop and manage a team of fund accountants, including performance reviews.
• Review NAV calculations, daily P&L, cash projections and FX transfers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and investor transparency.
• Coordinate with auditors for year-end financial statements.
