Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking an Associate Vice President (Account Manager) to lead fund administration operations from Dubai. The role focuses on NAV calculation, client reporting, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with global centers and senior teams.

You will manage workflows, review financial statements, and support audits, with an emphasis on accuracy, governance, and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years’ experience in a similar role incorporating the above functions.
• Understanding of US GAAP & IFRS reporting standards for various fund structures.
• Knowledge of investor KYC and AML requirements.
• Strong leadership and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage daily workflows of all client deliverables such as NAV computation and transfer agency.
• Coordinate with Global Support Centers and Apex teams to deliver client reporting.
• Review subscription, redemption packs and ensure timely investor communication.
• Prepare and review financial statements and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor payments to clients and ensure compliance with fund specifications.
