Job summary

Apex Group, Dubai, is seeking an Associate Vice President (Account Manager) to lead NAV calculations, client reporting, and regulatory tasks for our hedge fund clients. You will manage a growing team of account managers and fund accountants, ensuring timely deliveries and strong client service.

Based in Dubai, you will coordinate with Global Support Centers, onboard new clients, review NAV packages, and oversee audit and regulatory processes while upholding Apex standards and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in NAV calculation and client deliverables in hedge funds.
• Experience managing a team of account managers and fund accountants.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP & IFRS reporting for fund structures.
• Ability to coordinate with global support centers and audits.
• Experience onboarding new clients and NAV reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in NAV preparation and review for hedge fund clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of client reporting requirements.
• Plan and manage daily workflows of client deliverables.
• Coordinate with global support centers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and review subscription/redemption packs and investor communications.
• Support audit and regulatory reporting processes.
