Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an Associate Vice President (Account Manager) to support Fund Administration. You will lead a team handling NAV calculations, shareholder reporting, and regulatory compliance from Dubai, coordinating with global centers.

The role requires strong leadership, client service orientation, and expertise in fund accounting and US GAAP/IFRS. You’ll implement new client take-ons, review PMs and agreements, and ensure accurate MIS for senior management.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years’ experience in a similar role with fund accounting tasks.
• Knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS reporting standards for funds.
• Strong leadership and client service focus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
• Automation and process improvement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist NAV preparation and review for Hedge Fund clients.
• Plan and manage daily client deliverables and reporting.
• Reconcile investment portfolios, dividends, and corporate actions.
• Coordinate with global support centers and audit teams.
• Prepare subscription/redemption packs and investor communications.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting and tax statements.
