Job summary

techcarrot is seeking an Enterprise Integration Leader to design, implement, and support healthcare interoperability solutions. You will architect interfaces between clinical applications, medical devices, analysers, and third-party systems in alignment with enterprise standards.

The role focuses on HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON; you will manage InterSystems IRIS for Health and HealthShare platforms to ensure high availability and performance of integration services across the healthcare

Qualifications

Enterprise Integration Leadership

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of healthcare interoperability solutions.
• Architect interfaces between clinical applications, medical equipment, analysers, and third-party systems.
• Develop technical integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Act as the technical advisor for integration and interoperability initiatives.

Healthcare Interoperability Management

• Design and support integrations utilizing HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP, ASTM, XML, and JSON standards.
• Build and manage interoperability solutions using InterSystems IRIS and HealthShare platforms.
• Ensure high levels of availability, performance, and reliability across all integration services.

Operational Excellence

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot integration services and data exchange workflows.
• Establish alerting, monitoring, failover, and service recovery mechanisms.
• Ensure continuity of critical clinical data flows across healthcare applications and devices.
• Lead issue resolution activities involving internal teams and vendors.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
