Job summary

Astek Middle East is seeking a Senior HCM Portfolio Lead in Abu Dhabi to own strategy, delivery, and operational performance of the HCM technology portfolio. You will partner with the People & Organization team to align workforce priorities with effective business processes and a clear investment roadmap.

The role requires deep HCM process knowledge, ERP expertise, and a track record of managing portfolios across demand shaping, solution design, and live service operations.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading an enterprise HCM technology portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of HCM processes and ERP platforms with governance scope.
• Proven ownership from demand shaping to live operations and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, delivery, and operational performance of the enterprise HCM portfolio.
• Lead governance for demand, prioritization, design decisions, risks, and benefits realization.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Collaborate with P&O, IT, finance, implementation partners, and other platforms.
