Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Principal Engineer – Guidance & Control to provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of advanced guidance and control systems for guided weapon systems.

The role will lead key technical capabilities, mentor engineering teams, support flight testing and verification activities, and drive the investigation and implementation of future technologies within guided weapon systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 10–15 years of engineering experience, preferably with guided weapon systems.
• Strong G&C expertise in algorithms, modelling & simulation, tracking, estimation, and verification.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Guidance & Control systems and related algorithms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering levels.
• Lead system verification and flight-test activities (SIL/PIL/HIL).
• Advance G&C capabilities, tools, laboratories, and methodologies.
