Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai invites applications for a Senior Guest Relations Executive to own the first impression, warmly welcoming guests, VIPs and regulars, and supporting the host team through every service.

You will manage the door flow, look after VIPs and regulars, handle bookings and enquiries professionally, guide junior colleagues, and ensure guest information remains confidential in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Premium venue guest relations experience required.
• Warm, natural host with strong presence and organisation.
• Proficient with booking systems and calm under pressure.

What You Need

• Guest relations or host experience in a premium venue
• A natural host with warmth and presence
• Very organised and calm under pressure
• Comfortable with booking systems
• Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
