Job summary

La Petite Maison in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hospitality professional to join our team as a wine-focused guest service specialist. You will deepen knowledge of wines, properly open and serve wine, and learn LPM’s French-Mediterranean cuisine and beverage offerings while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in hospitality, strong English communication, and a keen eye for detail, speed, and accuracy.

• 1-2 years in the hospitality industry (F&B)
• English – excellent oral and written
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Guest service skills

• Provide wine knowledge and education to guests

What will you do:

• To have a basic knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings and always thriving to extend skills and learn more.
• To be able to properly open and serve the wine as per standards to the guest, ensuring the highest level of wine service and satisfaction throughout the experience.
• To have a good knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages).
• To have a full knowledge of the wine by the glass list.
• To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
