Job summary

Shamal Holding, under its Sky Dive Dubai umbrella, is seeking an organized manifest coordinator to manage tandem jump operations and customer service. You will verify waivers, check qualifications, and coordinate with pilots to ensure safe, efficient loads while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a skydiving manifest environment and be comfortable at the front desk. This role is based in Dubai and requires strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working within a skydiving manifest office.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties of Manifest Level II.
• Check in all tandem customers and licensed skydivers; collect and record information, verify waivers and prerequisites.
• File licenses, insurance and logbooks for jumpers; ensure proper documentation.
• Input payments and reconcile cash drawer; run accounting reports for end-of-day settlement.
• Assist customers with tandem information, reservations and VIP bookings via email and phone.
• In bad weather, reschedule tandem reservations and process refunds; coordinate with finance.
• Maintain waivers, records and communicate issues to the Customer Service & Manifest Manager.
• Assist at the front desk as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties of Manifest Level II
• Check in all tandem customers and licensed skydivers. Collect and record all relevant information into customer files. Do the second check for waivers, ensure all waivers are properly and completely filled out, identification is checked, and the customer meets all requirements to jump
• Take copies and file all of licenses, insurance, and logbook for licensed jumpers and ensure they have the proper documentation and prerequisites to jump at the palm
• Input payments (example: deposits, vouchers, remaining balances, special event payments, and jump tickets) charged by credit card or cash payments into Jump run, hold accountability for a cash drawer, reconcile drawer at the end of the day
• Run necessary accounting reports and queries to settle the drawer at the end of the day. Submit all documents and receipts
• Assist customers for tandem information, reservations, reservation modification, VIP bookings, and licensed skydiver information via email and phone
• In the event of bad weather, rescheduling tandem reservations, providing same day refunds, assisting in refund request forms for customers who have paid online
• Follow up with the finance department and provide flow of information to the customer throughout the refund process
• Keep record, file and update all waivers from customers
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of multiple computer software programs (for example, JumpRun, booking system, Microsoft word and Excel)
• Ensure the most efficient daily operation of the drop zone and assist where necessary
• This position is also capable and required to assist at the front desk

Manifest Level II:

• Manifest parachutists to aircraft loads.
• Schedule daily operations and reschedule based on weather.
• Ensure aircraft weight and balance restrictions are met.
• Ensure aircraft are utilized efficiently.
• Communicate information with aircraft pilots.
• Maintain records as required.
• Communicate all issues to the Customer Service & Manifest Manager.
• Assist in training staff, as requested
