Job summary

MediLearn Tech Skills Training LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to own digital marketing, lead generation, content, campaigns, and growth. You will plan and execute campaigns, generate qualified B2B and B2C leads, and drive conversions and revenue.

The role requires hands-on use of AI and modern marketing tools, with a focus on campaigns, content creation, and performance metrics. UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in training, education, EdTech, professional certification, or service-based businesses is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Proven B2B and B2C marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to create and manage marketing content independently.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM and modern content creation tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for corporate training, professional certifications, workshops, and B2C programmes.
• Generate and nurture qualified B2B and B2C leads through digital marketing channels.
• Manage Google Ads/PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Create and manage reels, short-form videos, promotional creatives, and educational content.
• Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and marketing-generated revenue.
• Manage website content, landing pages, campaigns, and conversion optimisation.
• Track lead sources, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, campaign ROI/ROMI, and marketing-generated revenue.
• Conduct competitor and market research and identify new growth opportunities.
• Support the launch and promotion of new training programmes and professional certifications.
