Job summary

Technogym in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Leader to oversee Home Consumer (B2C) marketing for the UAE. You will shape the brand strategy, manage digital campaigns, and drive ecommerce growth across online and offline channels.

You bring 3-5 years in B2C luxury marketing, a marketing degree, CRM expertise (Salesforce), and strong project management. You will collaborate with influencers and partners, optimize the customer journey, and measure ROI with data analytics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in B2C marketing or luxury industries.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Event Management.
• Marketing and market analysis skills with CRM knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and locally execute global brand strategy for Home Consumer in UAE.
• Define customer segmentation and positioning strategy.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic).
• Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, traffic and conversion.
• Optimize e-commerce funnel, UI/UX, and email CRM automation.
• Develop brand messaging and storytelling across touchpoints.
• Coordinate omnichannel marketing and retail support.
• Implement loyalty programs and lifecycle marketing.
• Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers and partners.
• Track KPIs, ROI, CAC, CLV, ROAS with data analytics.
