Job summary

MediLearn Tech Skills Training LLC, a Dubai-based professional training centre, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to own digital marketing, lead generation, content, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

You will be hands-on, planning and executing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and tying marketing activities to leads, conversions, and revenue, using AI tools and modern marketing platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in training, education, EdTech, professional certification, or service-based businesses is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Proven B2B and B2C marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to create and manage marketing content independently.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM and modern content creation tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns for corporate training, certifications, workshops, and B2C programmes.
• Generate and nurture qualified B2B and B2C leads via digital channels.
• Manage Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and automation.
• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites and emails.
• Produce reels and short-form videos for promotional content.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and revenue.
• Track lead sources, CAC, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
